During lockdown in the UK, like many others I took ​the opportunity to explore my love for DJing & ​music. Little did I know, this new found passion of ​mine that I finally had time to explore would slingshot ​me into a path I hadn’t expected!

Following a few live streams where I predominantly ​mixed UK garage, house & jungle, I was invited to ​appear as a guest to other DJs livestreams, radio ​shows & eventually once lockdown was lifted events ​& it hasn’t stopped ever since!

Since I’ve become a DJ I have found opportunities to ​explore avenues such as event promotion, ​networking, radio broadcasting plus more. Now with ​a newly found appreciation for the craft including ​the work & skill that go into being a successful DJ. ​Keep reading to find out my journey so far!

Following a live stream series “DJ SP & ​friends”, I decided I wanted to invite ​viewers to a live event where female DJs ​would headline the entire party.

I reached out to a few venues & was ​lucky to be able to secure Pop Brixton ​for the event!

Support for the brand grew over the ​months as I officially moved forward with ​the brand The Antidote LDN. However, in ​order to achieve the plan I had in mind, help ​would be needed. I reached out to my B2B ​partner Dandizzle and fellow DJ Loki who's ​work ethic I admired.

Since establishing a solid ​team, we have held ​several successful events, ​launched a website, ​created a database of ​female DJs, singers & ​hosts, secured a monthly ​residency, held events in ​Boxpark plus more!!
